Whether it's your first project or a string of semi or completely failed projects.
You put all that hard work in building your website, you painstakingly get your website ranked and generate client calls. You ring around for days trying to find a business owner who is struggling to create a business for himself (and hopefully he's desperate) and then you try and sell the leads to him.
You end up making a deal, however you actually end up earning a grand total of $120 per month due to the fact that the leads were not as much as you first thought they were.
Well here's how to fix that.
The money is in the list
No No not an email list, i'm talking about a list of commercial niches.
You need a list of niches with commercial intent.
Let me explain.
When people think about picking a local niche they totally forget to think about the commercial intent of that niche.
For example: Most think that,
"if i go into the landscape niche then i can sell the leads to small, one man, mom and pops business owners"
That's true however, most are missing the boat on what actual type of clients are calling from your lead generation site.
You will be surprised on how many commercial clients call your number looking for a landscape gardener for a 12 or 24-month contract or a big contract job on some school grounds.
These jobs are worth a lot more money than a small domestic job in someone's back garden.
Think about it, if you could drill down to the profitable commercial niches you will stand to make a lot more money from your lead generation sites than you are right now.
